Intro
I'm a creative project coordinator with 5 years of experience across agency, production, and academic environments. My background in communication design means I understand how creative teams think, and my project management skills mean I know how to keep them on track.
I've managed end-to-end productions, coordinated cross-functional teams, maintained project documentation, and guided junior designers through complex briefs. I don't just oversee projects — I help the people in them do their best work.
Tools I work with
I use a variety of tools to support projects. I combine my organization skill with design software. These are my favourites: Notion, Trello, Copilot, Monday, Milanote, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Story of my career pivot
My path into project management wasn't a sudden switch, it was a recognition of what I'd always been doing naturally.
Across agency roles, production sets, and university projects, I consistently found myself doing more than the brief asked: coordinating schedules, aligning team members, breaking down complex goals into manageable steps, and keeping morale up under pressure. I was project managing before I had the title for it.
My communication design background gives me something most project managers don't have: I can read a creative brief, speak the language of designers, and translate between the creative team and the stakeholders. That reduces friction and speeds up delivery.
In my Master's research, I worked directly with student groups, facilitating workshops, guiding them through design thinking, and helping them build confidence in presenting their work. In my capstone project, I owned the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery, finishing on time with a Grade A result.
I'm now focused on bringing this combination: creative fluency and structured coordination, to teams and studios that need both
