I use design thinking as a working method, not a buzzword: understanding the problem before jumping to solutions, keeping teams aligned amid ambiguity, and ensuring the right voices are heard at the right moment.
About me

My path into project management wasn't a switch, it was a recognition. Across agency roles, production sets, and university projects in Indonesia and Germany, I kept finding myself doing more than the brief asked: coordinating schedules, aligning teams, translating between creative and stakeholder.
My communication design background gives me something most coordinators don't: I can read a creative brief, speak a designer's language, and translate both to the people who hold the budget. That reduces friction. It speeds up delivery. And it means creative teams actually trust me.
I'm currently based in Berlin, working toward my CAPM certification, and actively mentored through the PMO Leadership program. I'm targeting creative project assistant and production coordinator roles at international agencies and studios.

I adapt and learn to tools for a smooth project. I use Notion, Trello, Monday.com, AI for productivity, Miroboard, Milanote, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

I speak fluent English, intermediate German, a bit Croatian, and Indonesian as my mother tongue.
Learning never stop.
I believe in continuous learning, which is why I'm actively pursuing CAPM certification, training in Scrum, and staying embedded in the PM community. Aside from learning, I contribute my thoughts by writing an article on project management. Read here on Workly.
